  • Order Processing

    All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

    Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

  • Shipping Carrier

    Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS.

    Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and are estimates only.

    Estimated Delivery

    • Processing Time: 2–5 business days

    • Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days after shipment

    Most customers receive their orders within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

    Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Shipping Rates

    We offer standard U.S. shipping for a flat rate of $9.95 per order. Orders are fulfilled by our trusted fulfillment partner and shipped via UPS. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing in addition to an estimated transit time.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your UPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

    Incorrect Shipping Information

    Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Mindful Man Grooming is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

    Lost or Damaged Packages

    If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best resolution.

  • Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder if you don't see your confirmation within a few minutes. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll be happy to verify your order.
